    This forum is for talking about your frustrations, your sadness, your upset, etc. Venting and talking things through with others is a healthy way to let off stream. The only rule is: keep it focused on yourself and your feelings.
    An example of venting that's allowed is: My husband forgot to pay the electricity bill, and I am so angry and frustrated. It scares me to think about bills not being paid, and it's exhausting to have to be on top of this all the time. I feel like I can't catch a break.
    Venting that is NOT allowed: My husband didn't pay the electricity bill. He's an idiot. He'll never get this right , and I will always have to do teh work.
